Adopting a Cupboard Bear
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and showing interest in my work. I truly appreciate your support.
Each Bear and their outfits are handcrafted by me, including the knitted sweaters. Every item is made with care and filled with love and hugs.
I handle all aspects of the Cupboard Bear business, from designing to packaging and other essential tasks involved in creating these adorable creatures.
Each Cupboard Bear is sold on a "first email, first served" basis. Simply send me an email with your request. I make sure to respond to all emails, so if you do not hear back from me and the bear you desire is still available, please feel free to email me again and I will get back to you.
Payment can be made through Paypal or BACS. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment, as you can use your credit card through my Paypal invoice. Your chosen Cupboard Bear will be reserved for you until payment is received.

LAY-AWAY
Layaway is available upon request for Cupboard Bears valued at £225 and above, with the option to make three payments. The first instalment is required at the time of the order and serves as a non-refundable deposit. The second, third, and final payments, along with the shipping charge, are due one and two month later. For more information, please contact me.
Please be advised that the bear will be available on my website until the first payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, the bear will be marked as out of stock.
Payment will be invoiced through PayPal when due, and shipments will only be sent to verified PayPal addresses.
Any payments made through Layaway are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to follow the payment schedule will result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Commission orders do not qualify for Layaway.
All PayPal payments must be made in British Pound Sterling £££.
Shipping for all adoptions will include tracking and require a signature.
